;Answering roll call when Chairman J.,Antolix called the meeting ,to order at
,00 FM, were; ;Atatolik, Lutgens, :Campbell, Jojade, Spande,'$azel, and ~s~aus.
~Iotian to approve the minutes of the meeting held 16 December 1976 was made by
Lutgens and Jojade. Motion carried.
Chairman looked over a copy of .Council meeting minutes of 2C December 1976
for -any directive to Plaxning Commission from. them.
Preliminary plat hearing of Woodridge proposal by G & G builders, Inc. , was
begun. inloodridge is the ~ of the ~ of NW4 of Section 1$, T114, R 2CW, and is
located on 185th. Street, south of Oax Hills and west of Maplewood Estates. '
rir.'s Geo. and Steve Grohosxi were present to tell of their plans for ~od-
ridge, and answer <any questions. These a_re proposed lots for single-family homes.
"More or less -planning o put in -utilities and. streets before astci.ng for building
permits", was a statement made by G. Grohosxi. J. ~s:nus was concerned why there
was no east/west street development shown. (The area seems to be quite long and..;
narrow. } The nearby developments do not have such streets, either, and G & G wish
to give as must consderation as possible to a natural lame located just barely NW
of 'v~bodridge.
77.1 Hazel-Campbell motioned to close the public hearing of y~odridge. Voting
"aye", were :~ntolix, Lutgens, Campbell, Jojade, Spande, .Hazel, and ~smus.
Motion -carried.
Hazel made, then withdrew, a motion to approve preliminary plat of }~podordge
~ubject to planner's further investigation of the over-all axea, particularly the
ext forty acres .and l axe.
?7.2 A motion to table ~odridge hearing until next meeting, January 2Cth, was
made by Sande, 2nd by Lutgens.: Voting "aye", were Lutgens, Campbell, Jojade,
Spande, Hazel, Asnus, and ~ntohx. notion carried.
Huilding Inspector Dave Goadermont was present and answered questions aaout
off-street parxing, particularly at beauty shops, at this tir;~e. ,Administrator
Pat N~cGarvey was also present and gave more information auout home occupation
ordinance as regards conditional-use and special-use. ;fie also spaxe of

77.3 Motion by Lutgens, .2nd by Hazel, that all nominations for Chairman cease. ¢
Matian carried.
Na~inated for office of Vice-Chairman was G. Spande--by K. `Lutgens.
~'7.4 Motion b3T ,As~nus, 2nd by: Hazel that Spande be elected unanimously. Motion }
carried, with.Spande abstaining.
Hazel was nominated for the office of ~ecretaxy by Lutgens, 2nd by S~:ande.

carried.
In the paper voting which followed, Campbell was. elected Chairman and Hazel r`
kas elected Secretary--Spande `is Vine-Chairman, by ..voice vote. i
Lutgens wished to have it shown in the '.minutes that ~Iohn ,A,ntoliic had done a
gaod job of chair:~anship the ~ast'yeax'. , It ~+Tas unanimously agreed.
p. FicCa~tey presented site plan and wilding plan of proposed Liquor Store
expansion. The bff-sale departLL~ent will be expanded `yw the south of 'the present ~
building.
77. ~ Lutgens and Hazel motioned to approve the site plan of expansion of liquor
store. Voting .aye were Campbell, Jo j ode, Spande, Hanel, ~sanus, .Antolik, and
Lutgens. Motion carried. ;3
