Home My WebLink About11-104CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO: 11 -104 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF KENYON AVENUE BETWEEN 184" STREET AND KERRVILLE TRAIL WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lakeville is authorized in accordance with city code to designate parking zones within the city, and WHEREAS, Kenyon Avenue is a major collector along which parking can be restricted as necessary, and WHEREAS, vehicle parking along Kenyon Avenue limits sight lines for those traveling around the curve and increases the potential for vehicle and pedestrian interaction, and WHEREAS, establishing a no parking zone along both sides of Kenyon Avenue will improve the safety of pedestrians and improve sight lines for all vehicles. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the east and west sides of Kenyon Avenue between 184 Street and Kerrville Trail be designated no parking anytime. DATED this 3 rd day of October 2011.
