HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-002(Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 12 -02 RESOLUTION VACATING A PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a public hearing, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the following described public drainage and utility easement vacation; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate said public drainage and utility easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following public drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated subject to the recording of a new public drainage and utility easement: Commencing at the east corner of Lot 1, Block 1 Grist Mill Second Addition, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence West, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 128.94 feet to the point of beginning; thence North a distance of 20 feet; thence East a distance of 113.92 feet; thence North a distance of 132.72 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 62.98 feet; thence South a distance of 278.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 59.99 feet; thence North a distance of 110.28 feet; thence West a distance of 116.96 feet; thence North 15.00 feet to the point of beginning. 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder. DATED this 3 rd day of 3anuary, 2012.
