Mayor Bellows called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The pledge of
allegiance to the flag was given.

performances at the Lakeville Area Arts Center.
g. Renewal of tree work licenses with Aspenwall Tree Service,
Lawrence Tree & Stump Services, f)6— Oleson's Tree Service and

h. Resolution No. 12 -06 creating a prioritized bridge replacement list.-
i. Final acceptance of bobf c street improvements in Jamesdale

k. Resolution No'. -07 supporting submittal of City Project 11 -10 to the
Minnesota Deparfent of Transportation for funding through the
Local 12oad Improvement Program.
Roll call, was taken pn the rabtion,. Ayes, unanimous.
Unfinished business Council Member LaBeau asked the City Administrator
3o clarify recent media discussions about the former electrical inspector.
Mr,,Mielke stated the City Council eliminated the electrical inspector
position and chose to provide that service on a contractual basis. The
employee was laid off and chose not to apply for the contractual position.
