RESOLUTION NO. 12 -24
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING
LIQUOR STORE HOURS
WHEREAS, currently, Lakeville municipal liquor stores are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00
p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 a.m.to 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday; and
WHEREAS, liquor stores in Burnsville, Apple Valley and Farmington currently remain
open until 10:00 p.m. Monday thru Saturday.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lakeville municipal liquor stores
hours of business will be extended to 10:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday from April 1 thru
September 30.
