Pack 260 Webelos 1 presented the colors and led the pledge of allegiance. Public Hearing on Aownt Special Service District Mayor Bellows opede_ # lie public hearing to consider a service charge in the downtown Lakeville special servicet�at. The City Clerk attested to legal notice publication. Community & Ecapomio�Development Director Dave Olson stated the Special Service District Advisor 'Board has requested the City Council consider levying a service charge in e arnount of $23;500 for taxes payable 2013. The allocation of the total service charge to thrlowntown property is based on the net tax capacity of the commercial value of the propes m e district. He explained that the service charge establishes the annual budget for the a ihes of the Downtown Lakeville Business Association. Judy Tschumper provided an overview of the events and activities sponsored by the Downtown Lakeville Business Association during the past year, as well as events and activities planned for the upcoming year. There were no questions or comments from the audience. Motion was made by Rich, seconded by Little to close the public hearing. Roll call was taken on the motion. Public Hearing for Liquor License — T & M Management Group Mayor Bellows opened the public hearing on the application of T & M Management Group LLC for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license at Casa Nostra Pizzeria. The City Clerk attested to legal notice publication. Chief Vonhof presented the investigative summary of the applicant a Gina Pelagalli Hoven, and recommended approval of the on -sale and Sunday liquor license as requested. The applicant and her fiancd spoke briefly about the restaurar"nd their ettinmunity involvement. Motion was made by Rieb, seconded by LaBeau to clAAe the p b lic hearing.
