Passage of this motion will result in assignment of Council Members and staff to serve as representatives to various City of Lakeville committees and outside organizations. Overview Council annually reviews its Committee and Inter - Agency appointments and determines which Council members and /or staff will be responsible for each assignment. At their February 25, 2013 work session, Council expressed their desire to serve on various committees and agreed to a schedule of appointments. The attached resolution reflects those assignments. The Mayor, City Administrator and Executive Director of the Lakeville Area Chamber of Commerce are ex- officio members to the Economic Development Commission. Members of the Solutions Alliance consist of Lakeville, Burnsville, Bloomington, Richfield, Dakota County, Apple Valley, Minneapolis and the Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority. The Joint Powers Agreement states each governmental unit member shall appoint two directors and one alternate.
