CITY OF LAKEVILLE
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 167
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE
The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains as follows:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby amended to rezone from B -4, General
Business District to B -2, Retail Business District the following described land located
within the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
That part of the North 385.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 20, Dakota County, Minnesota, lying
westerly of the westerly right -of -way line of Ipava Avenue as dedicated and
excepting therefrom:
a. The West 775.00 feet of the above - described parcel; and
b. That portion of the above - described parcel shown and described as Dakota
County Right -of -Way Map No. 117.
Section 2. The zoning map of the City of Lakeville shall not be republished to show
the aforesaid zoning, but the clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the
Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this
Ordinance, and all of the notations, references and other information shown thereon are
hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its publication
according to law.
Enacted and ordained into an ordinance this 17th day of October, 1994 .

The City Council of the City of Lakeville ordains
as follows:
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. 167 is hereby

users for comparable space: $11.00 per
column inch.
(2) Maximum rate allowed by law for the
above matter: $11.00 per column inch.
(3) Rate actually charged for the above
matter: $6.20 per column inch.
