Mayor Little called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.

Utility Accounts
Mayor Little opened the public hearing to certify delinquent utility accounts. The city clerk
attested to notices being duly published and mailed. Mr. Feller presented the list of accounts
proposed to be certified. The total amount delinquent is $2,975.51. The City also collects a
$35 service charge and 18% interest. Therefore, the total amount proposed to be certified is
$ 3 037.31. Mr. Feller explained that there are 25 accounts being certified. These represent
ordy,those accounts that have been closed. All other delinquent accounts will be certified in
the fall. There were no questions or comments from the audience.

8. MOM Brands Conditional Use Permit
Pauline Wiegrefe, representing MOM Brands, requested approval of a conditional use
permit to allow multiple principal buildings on one lot. She explained that, MOM Brands is
planning to relocate its corporate headquarters to Lakeville. MOM Brands purchased the
former New Morning Windows property (referred to as the East Building), which is located
adjacent to their existing Technical Center (West Building). MOM Brands is in the process
of renovating the East Building by converting former warehouse and manufacturing space
into two -story office space. They are proposing parking and other site improvements to
create a campus atmosphere between the two buildings. By later this summer, after the
relocation has been completed, there will be approximately 350 employees at this location.
Mr. Olson presented the planning report for the proposed,conditional use permit. He stated
the zoning ordinance does allow for multiple principal builditgs on one parcel with
approval of a conditional use permit. He explained how truck traffic will navigate the site.
He also pointed out that MOM Brands is proposing additional rain gardens to assist in
storm water management.
Motion was made by Davis, seconded by Anderson to approve findings of fact and a
conditional use permit for MOM Brands to allow multiple principal buildings on one lot of
record in the O -P, Office Park,, District.
