Explored the option of locating the community playfield park south of 185th Street
so the dedication of the 70-80 acres needed for this type of park could be shared
with the property to the south. Mr. Morey stated that staff prefers a location for
this type of park where the topography is flatter in order to reduce grading costs
and impacts for the future development of the playfields.
If any of the internal streets are major collectors, driveway access is not allowed
by ordinance. Mr. Morey stated that other than 185th St, -&-f (CSAH 60) and
Cedar Avenue (CSAH 23), the internal streets woulder minor collector or
local streets, which are allowed by ordinance to ha eway access.
• Expressed concern about the potential for the HWes in velopment of this
size to be monotonous. Mr. Laberee state amy Hom 'll have a diverse
