Subject: Packet Material for the October 17, 2013 Planning Commission Meeting
Agenda Item: Tonsager (Better Bedliners) CUP and IUP
On October 9, 2013, the applicant representing John Tonsager and Better Bedliners,
20725 Howland Avenue, requested that the conditional use permit and interim use
permit applications be tabled until further notice. The business owner is requesting
additional time to consider alternate building designs for his proposed expansion.
A copy of the applicant's request to table this agenda item is attached.

Dear Frank —
This email is in regards to the Tonsager Addition in Downtown Lakeville.
We were on the agenda for the October 17`h Planning Commission meeting, but need to revisit the building design prior
to moving forward with City approvals. Therefore, I am requesting that this project be tabled to a future date until our
building design issues are resolved. Once design is determined we will revise the plans and resubmit for compliance with
zoning requirements and ask that the City revise their planning report as necessary. I understand that no additional
application fee will be required to resubmit and that you will hold the application and escrow fee until we determine our
direction.
