On November 12, 2013, the applicant's representative submitted a request to table the public hearing for the SuperAmerica conditional use permit project proposed at the northeast corner of 210th Street and Keokuk Avenue until the December 5th Planning Commission meeting. The applicant has requested additional time to allow the design team to prepare some modifications to the proposed plans. A copy of the applicant's request to table this agenda item is attached. The owner would like to move the building north and we are currently working with the property owner to get this resolved.
