Also present: Steven Mielke, Executive Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk. The minutes of the November 5, 2012 H.R.A. meeting were approved as presented. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Chair Swecker called for nominations for the offices of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for the year 2013. Motion was made and seconded to elect Commissioner Swecker to the office of Chair. Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes - unanimous Motion was made and seconded to elect Commissioner LaBeau to the office of Vice Chair. Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes - unanimous Motion was made and seconded to elect Commissioner Anderson to the office of Secretary. Voice vote was taken on the motion.
