Overview
Tradition Development is requesting final acceptance of the public utility improvements that
were constructed with the development of Sprit of Brandtjen Farm 12th Addition. The prime
contractor responsible for work on this project was Enebak Construction Company.
The utilities were constructed in 2013. The utility improvements for the above- referenced
project have been tested and inspected by WSB and Associates and the Public Works
Department.
Primary Issues to Consider
Do the completed improvements meet City standards? All work was satisfactorily
completed consistent with the City's construction standard specifications and the
developer has met the administrative requirements for final acceptance.

Re: SBF 12` Addition Letter of Credit Reduction Request
Dear Mr. Hansen,
As part of our approvals we secured the improvements for SBF 12th Addition via the Letter of
Credit. Since that time we have installed all the utilities and first lift of bituminous on the streets. At
this time we'd also like to request that the City formally accept Sanitazy Sewer, Watermain, and
Storm Sewer utilities the warranty period begin. It is our understanding that a maintenance bond
will be required and I have attached the partial pay requests and lien waivers and will deliver the
maintenance bonds once we know the necessat7- bond amounts. Please contact me if you have any
questions during your review as IT be glad to answer atly duestions you may regarding the
reductions.
Thank you for your assistance in addressing these items. Please contact tine with any questions or
concerns.
Sincerely,
