Fox Meadows Third Addition Mr. Morey presented the Fox Meadows Third Addition preliminary and final plat, along with a building setback variance for Lots 2 and 3, Block 2. Fox Meadows Third Addition will re -plat 18 vacant townhome unit lots within Fox Meadows 2nd Addition for the proposed construction of four two -unit townhome buildings and one five -unit row townhome building. This re -plat reduces the total number of townhome units by five. Mr. Morey explained that a one -foot variance is being requested in order to meet the setback between two townhome buildings.
