HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-071CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO: 14-71 RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE WSB & ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE 2016 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, the pavement within portions of Antlers Park, Argonne Park, Bassett's 1s' - 31 Additions, Family of Christ Lutheran Church Addition, Great Oak Shores, Great Oak Shores Point, Greers Rearrangement, Kirk Meyer Addition, Lakeridge, Lakeview Heights, Lakeview Heights Second, Lenihans Lots Antlers Park, Marions Hills First and Second Additions, Marion Pines, Oak Knolls Addition, Raven Lake First and Second Additions, Southfork Center I` Addition, Southfork Village, Southfork Village 2nd and 3rd Additions, Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 23 Antlers Park, Subdivision of Blocks 24 and 25 Antlers Park, Wagners View, Wilson Addition, Wood Ridge Estates, Woodridge Estates Second, Third and Fourth Additions and properties along Orchard Trail south of 1881'' Street has reached the end of its lifespan and is programmed to be reconstructed in the City's 2015-2019 Capital Improvement Plan; and WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville wishes to finance a portion of the project through special assessments; and WHEREAS, a feasibility report is required under MN Stat. Chapter 429 for this local improvement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville, that WSB & Associates is hereby authorized to prepare an engineering feasibility report for the 2016 Street Reconstruction Project, City Improvement Project 16-02.
