TEMPORARY ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CHURCH
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve the issuance of a
temporary on -sale liquor license to All Saints Catholic Church 19795 Holyoke Avenue
Passage of this motion provides City approval for All Saints Catholic Church to serve alcoholic
beverages at its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, September 20, 2014.
Overview
All Saints Catholic Church submitted an application for a temporary on -sale liquor license for
its annual Fall Festival. The event will take place in Murphy Hall and on the church campus.
All Saints Catholic Church has held this event in the past without issue.
Temporary on -sale liquor licenses must be approved by the State of Minnesota, Alcohol &
Gambling Enforcement Division.
Primary Issues to Consider
All Saints Catholic Church meets the requirements set forth by State Statute to
obtain a temporary on -sale liquor license.
As required by State Statue, the application must be approved by the City before
submitting to State of Minnesota, Alcohol & Gambling Enforcement.
