Subject: Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items
The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at an upcoming Planning
Commission meeting:
1. Appaloosa Farms Addition preliminary plat of four single family lots located in the
northwest quadrant of 194th Street and Iteri Avenue.
2. Belzer conditional use permit for a new used car facility on vacant land located on the
south side of Lakeville Boulevard, west of the existing new car dealership.
3. Berres Ridge preliminary plat of 355 single family lots and rezoning located north of
202nd Street (CSAH 50) and west of Hamburg Avenue.
4. Fulford Addition preliminary plat of one industrial lot, Comp. Plan amendment and C-2
to I-2 rezoning located east of Cedar Avenue (CSAH 23) and south of Lakeville
Boulevard (CSAH 50).
5. Holiday (McStop) CUP amendment to allow the construction of a CNG fuel storage
area at 8500 – 210th Street.
6. Kenwood Hills preliminary plat of 45 detached townhome unit lots, Comp. Plan
amendment and rezoning located west of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 50) at Jurel Way.
7. Pheasant Run preliminary plat of 100 single family lots located east of Pilot Knob Road
(CSAH 31) and north of the Lakeville-Farmington border.
8. Summerlyn Northwest preliminary plat of 83 single family lots located in the southeast
quadrant of 190th Street and Dodd Boulevard (CSAH 9).
9. Verizon CUP/IUP to allow construction of a 120 foot tall cell tower at Lakeville North
High School, 19600 Ipava Avenue.
10. Verizon CUP/IUP to allow construction of a 75 foot tall cell tower at Lakeview Bank,
9725 – 163rd Street.
