right of way and utility easement, located south of and adjacent to property located
west of Hamburg Avenue and north of Harford Way

Public Hearing to consider the application of the Dakota County CDA for the following,
located northeast of Junelle Path, south of 175th Street:
A. Preliminary plat of one lot to be known as Argonne Senior Housing. B. Conditional Use Permit to allow a multiple-family dwelling in the O-R, Office/Residential Transition District.
10. Kenwood Hills, LLC (Tabled at the November 3, 2014 Planning Commission
meeting) Public Hearing to consider the application of Kenwood Hills, LLC for the following,
located west of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 50) at Jurel Way:
A. Comprehensive Plan amendment to re-guide property from high density residential to low/medium density residential. B. Zoning Map amendment to rezone property from RH-1, Multiple Family
Residential District to PUD, Planned Unit Development District.
C. Preliminary plat and PUD development stage plans of 45 detached
townhome lots to be known as Kenwood Hills. 11. New Business
