Home My WebLink About15-003CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 15-03 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION WHEREAS, Mid -State Reclamation and Trucking in Lakeville, and Firehouse Grille in Elko/New Market (Thomas L. Johnson) issued a check in the amount of $5,000.00 for a donation to the Lakeville Police Department K9 Program; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation valued at $5,000.00 from Mid -State Reclamation and Trucking, and Firehouse Grille is hereby accepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks the Mid -State Reclamation and Trucking, and Firehouse Grille for their generous donation.
