HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 08BCity of Lakeville Planning Department Memorandum To: Planning Commission From: Daryl Morey, Planning Director Date: May 5, 2015 Subject: Summary of City Council Actions on Planning Commission Agenda Items At their April 20, 2015 meeting, the City Council: • Approved the Timbercrest at Lakeville 7th Addition preliminary and final plat of one commercial lot and conditional use permit to allow a Superamerica convenience store and car wash (from the January 22nd PC meeting). • Approved the Chris Bye conditional use permit to allow an addition to a house with a non-conforming setback from the Lake Marion OHWL located at 10227 – 205th Street (from the April 9th PC meeting). • Approved the Holiday Mega Stop conditional use permit to allow the installation of compressed natural gas fuel dispensers at 21100 Kenrick Avenue (from the April 9th PC meeting). • Approved the A & D Recycling and Recovery interim use permit to allow the continuation of a scrap metal recycling business in the O-P, Office Park District at 10811 – 215th Street (from the April 9th PC meeting). • Approved an amendment to the Comprehensive Parks, Trails and Open Space Plan element of the City’s Comprehensive Plan (from the April 9th PC meeting). At their May 4, 2015 meeting, the City Council: • Approved the Angry Inch Brewing Company conditional use permit to allow a brewery and taproom in the former Ace Hardware building downtown at 20851 Holyoke Avenue (from the April 23rd PC meeting). • Approved the David Boecker conditional use permit to allow the construction of a 3,200 square foot detached accessory building on property located at 20110 Judicial Road (from the April 23rd PC meeting).
