HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-01(Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, DAKOTA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 12 -01 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE TO THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville ( "HRA "), owns the property legally described on the attached Exhibit A ( "HRA Property "); and WHEREAS, the HRA Property, together with another parcel owned by the City of Lakeville ( "City "), have been used by the City for public use as a Senior Center ( "Senior Center"); and WHEREAS, the HRA desires to convey the HRA Property to the City to consolidate the parcels that make up the Senior Center; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville, Minnesota as follows: 1. Authorizing conveyance of the HRA Property to the City of Lakeville by quit claim deed; 2. Authorizing the Chairperson and Executive Director for the HRA to execute all necessary documents to facilitate and complete the conveyance of the HRA Property. 1 ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 2012, by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville, Minnesota.
