The regular meeting, of the Lakeville Plr,nnin)o� Co.-imissi on for
?stay was held on Thursday, May 27th, in the Lakeville Toxnship Hail.
Members present were Patenaude, Kolstad, Barrett, Lyden, and Simones.
It wa.s moved by Kolstad and seconded by Lyden to zone commercial
two and seven tenths acres (2.7 acres) in the E. 4 of S.W. , Sec. 26,
T. 114, R. 21W, Dakota Co. Lying N. of CW&St.P.P. Ry. The E. fifty-
five hundredths of an acre (.55 A.) of this tract to be used for
the building of a four unit (4) apartment building. Request was
made by Barney S. Azarski. Motion was carried.
It w,,^s moved by Patenaude and seconded by Barrett to designate
the May Weeting^ of the Planning Commission as the date for the yearly
election of o ficers of this board. Motion carried.
It way moved by Barrett and seconded by Lyden to retain *-he present
ot'ficers for the following; ��Par. motion not carried.
Election was then held. New officers for t'le coming ,year are:
Chairman -Stanley Kolstad, Vice Chairman -Roland Simone, Cler}--
Gust Lyden.
It was moved by Barrett and seconded by Kolstad to have the minutes
read that any member of the Planning Commission missing three conseqvAfAmp
meetingscan be asked to resign,.by the members of the Planning^ Commission.
