OF The board of Supervisors of� Ordains s Section 1. jitabIlgimoVA of Comission. New members and vacancies during the term shall be filled by the recommendation of the Planning Board with the approval of the Town Board of Supervisors. All members shall serve .-d thout comnensation, however they shall be reimbursed for all expenses and costs necessarily incurred in connection with their duties. Any member who misses three consecutive monthly meetings can be asked to resign by the members of the Planning Commission. List of RenaMsnded Pubiio wok As part of its duties, the Planning Comission shall prepare a limb of public works which it believes are necessary and desirable to be constructed during the ensuing fiscal year. Such list shall be arranged in order of preference with recommsadations as to which projects shall be construct" with the Township geneftl funds and which with road and bridge funds OW such other method of financing, as it deems advisable. , A copy of such -#*commended program of public works shall be included in the annua3 report of the Planning Comsission provided for in Section 3�. Section 13. Building Permits. No budint permit for structures to be erected on commercial and/or industrial property shall be issued until the application for the permit has been referred to the Planning Commission for report thereof, and an attested copy of such report has been filed with the lbwn Board. Failure of the Planning Commission so to report within forty (40) days or such longer period as may be designated by the Board after such reference, shall be deemed to be approvAl of the permit. Section 14. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective from and after the date of its publication# according \to law.
