RESOLUTION NO. 15-136
RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT
DAKOTA COUNTY 2016-2020 TRANSPORTATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Dakota County has asked cities and townships to request projects for
inclusion in the Dakota County 2016-2020 Transportation Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, in the last five years the City of Lakeville has financed its share of costs for
several County roads and State interchanges; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville has financed its share of County road projects with
property taxes and other revenue sources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Lakeville supports the following
transportation projects in the County 2016-2020 Transportation Capital Improvement

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City of Lakeville hereby supports these projects and
requests that these projects be included in the Dakota County 2016-2020 Transportation
Capital Improvement Program for construction in the year indicated with the following
exception:
• The City of Lakeville requests that Dakota County program the following for the
202"1 Street (CSAH 50) intersection improvements at Hamburg Avenue project:
• 2016 Design: $110,000
• 2017 R/W Acquisition: $385,000
• 2018 Construction: $365,000
ADOPTED by the Lakeville City Council this 2nd day of November, 2015
