Mayor and City Council Members,
We will be recognizing Brad Ancel for his 20 years of service to the Lakeville Fire Department and the
community.
During Brad’s career he served as;
• Firefighter, Lieutenant, & Captain at Station 1
• Moved to station 4 and finished his career there.
Interesting note:
• Brads wife Lynette is also a retired LFD firefighter.
• Kids: Christopher, Lauren & Travis
Brad is being presented his shadow box which contains his firefighter badges and items that show his
years of service to the department and community.
Brad was hired in 1995 with a group of 12 firefighters. Brad’s family has been a part of LFD since the
1970’s. Not many members can say that they served on the department with their father, an uncle,
and their spouse.
