Home My WebLink About15-164CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 15-164 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM LAKEVILLE PUBLIC SAFETY FOUNDATION WHEREAS, Lakeville Public Safety Foundation has purchased a Sparky Costume and accessories valued at $2,895 to be donated to the City of Lakeville Fire Department; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation of a Sparky Costume and accessories valued at $2,895 from Lakeville Public Safety Foundation is hereby accepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks Lakeville Public Safety Foundation for this generous donation.
