DESCRIPTION FOR DRIVE EASEMENT FOR THE UNPLATTED PARCEL TO
THE EAST:
A 30.00 foot wide driveway easement for ingress and egress purposes over, under
and across that part of Lot 1, Block 1, AIRLAKE DEVELOPMENT SECOND
ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The center line of said easement is described as follows: Commencing at the
southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence North 00 degrees 38 minutes 43 seconds
East, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Lot 1 o distance of 37.00 feet to
the beginning of the center line to be described; thence West, parallel with the
south line of said Lot 1, a distance of 433.53 feet; thence North 61 degrees 46
minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 143.23 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 1
and said center line there terminating. The sidelines of said easement shall
terminate at the east and west lines of said Lot 1.
