Home My WebLink About16-013CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 16-13 ACCEPT DONATION WHEREAS, Joey Miller, Country Joe Homes, has offered to donate a Reconyx Hyperfire License Plate Capture camera valued at $649.95 and a Reconyx Hyperfire Security camera valued at $1,199.95 to the Lakeville Police Department. The Lakeville Police Department recommends accepting this donation in order to reduce theft from construction sites; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation of a Reconyx Hyperfire License Plate Capture camera and a Reconyx Hyperfire Security camera from Joey Miller, Country Joe Homes, is hereby accepted.
