HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 10A City of Lakeville Planning Department Memorandum To: Planning Commission From: Daryl Morey, Planning Director Date: March 30, 2016 Subject: Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at an upcoming Planning Commission meeting: 1.Bee Well Development preliminary and final plat of five single family lots on property located west of Judicial Road and south of 170 Street. th 2.Berres Ridge 2 Addition preliminary plat (re-plat of 135 single family lots) and RS-4 nd rezoning on property located north of 202 Street (CSAH 50), and east of Highview nd Avenue. 3.Cedar Crossings preliminary plat of 110 single family lots on property located west of Cedar Avenue (CSAH 23) and north of 210 Street. th 4.Glenn Klotz variance to allow the construction of a single family home on an unsewered lot less than 10 acres in size in the RA, Rural/Agricultural District located on the west side of Judicial Road, north of 162 Street. nd 5.Linden Ridge preliminary plat of 93 single family lots on property located east of Hamburg Avenue and north of 210 Street. th 6.Thomas Peterson variance to allow an existing six foot tall privacy fence within the front yard setback on a single family lot located at 18490 Jasper Path. 7.Zoning Ordinance work session discussion concerning electronic signs and exotic animals. The following is a list of items continued from previous Planning Commission meetings: 1.Lakeville Commerce Center 4 Addition preliminary and final plat (continued from the th September 24, 2015 meeting).
