Pierquet, Rla Subject: Re: Argonne Fields Hi Kris, Thanks for the reminder. I asked Reid to call me right away this morning so we can get you something later this morning. Simply put if the interest is there from the residents to have small garden plots I'd like them or Baton Homes to have fenced area containing raised garden beds. The gardens would be accessed by a narrow mowed beginning from the southeast corner of the developed portion of the site crossing the existing stone bridge and commencing at the garden area. It would be nice if the area around the garden could have some simple seating and a small garden shed. We could also run a zone off the irrigation system to have water at the gardens. Generally speaking we want it very simple natural and authentic. The fencing would have a very natural look and appear to blend with its surroundings. The garden shed would be constructed of cedar with a tin roof not plastic or metal and would weather grey over time. I think this would be a nice community project for the residents of Argonne Fields. Many of buyers are retired and this would be a nice community building activity for the residents. I also believe any of the concerns of the City could be easily addressed in a conservation agreement with the HOA. I believe Argonne Fields residents intentions would be to be good stewards of the land as I believe would be the same interest of the City. Please excuse any grammatical errors.
