Subject: Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items
The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at an upcoming Planning
Commission meeting:
1.Bee Well Development preliminary and final plat of five single family lots on property
located west of Judicial Road and south of 170 Street.

2.Lakeville Pointe preliminary plat of one lot and conditional use permit for a 49 unit
apartment building on property zoned O-R, Office/Residential Transition District
located east of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 50) at Jurel Way.
3.Crossroads East Second Addition preliminary and final plat of one lot and conditional
use permit for a Christian Brothers Automotive facility on property located south of
Dodd Boulevard (CSAH 9), east of Glasgow Avenue and north of 175 Street.

4.SBF Commercial 3 Addition preliminary and final plat of one lot for a PetSmart retail

building in the southwest quadrant of 160 Street (CSAH 46) and Elmhurst Lane.
