Subject: Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items
The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at an upcoming Planning
Commission meeting:
1. Heritage Commons 5th Addition preliminary plat of seven commercial lots on property
located in the northeast quadrant of 202nd Street (CSAH 50) and Dodd Boulevard
(CSAH 9).
2. Heritage Walk 2nd Addition preliminary plat of 41 single family lots on property located
between Holyoke and Highview avenues, north of Heritage Drive.
3. Schneidermans Furniture preliminary plat of one commercial lot and conditional use
permit for exterior building materials on property located on the west side of Kenyon
Avenue, north of Gander Mountain.
4. Zoning Ordinance work session discussion concerning electronic signs, exotic animals,
and temporary family health care dwellings.
The following is a list of items continued from previous Planning Commission meetings:
