The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given. Members Present: Mayor Little, Council Members Davis, Swecker, Anderson and LaBeau Staff Present: Justin Miller, City Administrator; Roger Knutson, City Attorney; Jeff Long, Police Chief, Chris Petree, Public Works Director; Jerilyn Erickson, Finance Director; John Hennen, Parks & Recreation Director; Daryl Morey, Planning Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk 3. Citizen Comments: None 4. Additional Agenda Information: None 5. Presentations/Introductions Chris Petree presented the Public Works Department quarterly report. Jerilyn Erickson presented the Finance Department mid -year report. 6. Consent Agenda Motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Davis, to approve the consent agenda items as follows: a. Claims for payment b. Minutes of the June 20, 2016 City Council meeting c. Minutes of the June 27, 2016 Council work session d. Agreement with Ann Proudfoot-Dance Works for the Recreation Department e. Resolution No. 16-88 adopting assessment for public utility service extensions at 10159 1991 Street W. f. Resolution No. 16-89 appointing election judges for the August 9, 2016 State Primary City Council Meeting Minutes - July 5, 2016 Page 2 g. Partial release of land from conditional use permits for property located at 17340 Kenwood Trail h. Findings of fact and conditional use permit to allow the construction of a detached accessory building exceeding the maximum allowable floor area at 17325 Jersey Way i. Findings of fact and conditional use permit to allow an indoor commercial recreation facility at 21021 Heron Way j. Agreement with Daniel V. and Patricia A. Curtin regarding dismissal of a pending assessment appeal, Improvement Project 15-02 k. Resolution No. 16-90 vacating a public street right-of-way in Argonne Fields 1. Resolution No. 16-91 approving the Berres Ridge 2nd Addition final plat m. Agreement for Legal Services with Campbell Knutson, Professional Association n. Resolution No. 16-92 authorizing preparation of a feasibility report for the 2017 street reconstruction project o. Final acceptance of public streets and utilities for Lifetime Fitness and Stone Borough 51 Addition p.
