Subject: Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items
The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at an upcoming Planning
Commission meeting:
1. Heritage Commons 5th Addition preliminary plat of seven commercial lots on property
located in the northeast quadrant of 202nd Street (CSAH 50) and Dodd Boulevard
(CSAH 9).
2. Heritage Walk 2nd Addition preliminary plat of 41 single family lots on property located
between Holyoke and Highview avenues, north of Heritage Drive.
3. Kenwood Hills 2nd Addition PUD amendment to allow a 20 foot front yard setback for
certain detached townhome units. Project located west of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 50) at
Jurel Way.
4. Zoning Ordinance amendment concerning apartment parking standards.
5. Zoning Ordinance work session discussion concerning electronic signs, exotic animals,
and temporary family health care dwellings.
The following is a list of items continued from previous Planning Commission meetings:
