The basins will provide water quality treatment and rate control of the stormwater runoff generated from the Schneidermans Furniture development. The stormwater management basins will be located within Lot 1, Block 1, Schneidermans Furniture and in City owned Outlot A, Gander Mountain. The stormwater basin design is consistent with City requirements. A Stormwater Maintenance Agreement is required with the final plat.
