HomeMy WebLinkAbout16-147(Reserved for Dakota County Recording Information) CITY OF LAKEVILLE DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 16- 147 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC ROADWAY, TRAILWAY, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing on October 17, 2016, preceded by two (2) weeks published notice, to consider the vacation of public roadway, trailway, drainage and utility easements Doc. No 1708967, 1780605, and 1674635 and as platted with Outlot B, Celebration Second Addition; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the public interest to vacate said public roadway, trailway, drainage and utility easements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following public roadway, trailway, drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, subject to the recording of the Schneidermans Furniture final plat: (SEE ATTACHED EXHIBITS) 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Dakota County Recorder.
