Subject: Future and Continued Planning Commission Agenda Items
The following is a list of possible agenda items to be considered at an upcoming Planning
Commission meeting:
1. Avonlea Village Green preliminary and final plat of one lot and development stage
PUD for a 146 unit apartment building on property located east of Cedar Avenue
(CSAH 23) and north of 181st Street.
2. Chokecherry Hills 6th Addition preliminary and final plat of three single family lots on
property located east of Dodd Boulevard (CSAH 9) and north of 190th Street.
3. Heritage Walk 2nd Addition preliminary plat of 41 single family lots and RS-3 to RS-4
rezoning on property located between Holyoke and Highview avenues, north of
Heritage Drive.
4. Kingsley Place conditional use permit for a planned shoreland development and PUD
amendment to allow an addition to the Kingsley Shores Senior Living building,
consisting of 55 independent living units and a wellness center, on property located in
the northwest quadrant of Kenwood Trail (CSAH 5) and Klamath Trail.
5. Lakeville Christian Church (MMR) conditional use permit for a church reuse of an
existing single family home in the RS-3 District on property located at 16701 Joplin
Way.
6. Spirit Place at Brandtjen Farm 2nd Addition preliminary and final plat of one lot and
development stage PUD for a Taco Bell restaurant with a drive-through window on
property located south of 160th Street (CSAH 46) and west of Elmhurst Lane.
7. Spruce Place 1st Addition preliminary and final plat (re-plat of 24 attached townhome
unit lots) on property located east of Hamburg Avenue and south of 210th Street.
8. Zoning Ordinance annual update work session discussion.
