HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-01HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE, DAKOTA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 17-01 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE TO THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville ("HRA"), owns the property legally described on the attached Exhibit A ("HRA Property"); and WHEREAS, the City intends to plat the HRA Property, together with other property owned by the City of Lakeville ("City") and others as the Kenwood Trail Business Park plat ("Plat"), for right of way and redevelopment purposes; and WHEREAS, the HRA desires to convey the HRA Property to the City for the Plat and the purposes identified above; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Lakeville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The HRA Property shall be conveyed to the City of Lakeville by quitclaim deed; 2. The Chair and Executive Director for the HRA shall execute all necessary documents to facilitate and complete the conveyance of the HRA Property.
