located east of Cedar Avenue (CSAH 23) and north of the City limit boundary:
A. Preliminary plat of two industrial lots to be known as Launch Park First Addition B. Conditional use permit to allow an exception to the exterior building material requirements in the I-2, General Industrial District
6. Staff Notices
A. The City Council meeting at which the above items may be considered will be held on April 3, 2017
B. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2017
