Legal Description. The legal description of the property included in the Hoppe Marketplace PUD District is as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Hoppe Marketplace 3'd Addition Section 2. Hoppe Marketplace PUD District. Lot 2, Block 1, Hoppe Marketplace 3rd Addition shall be subject to the requirements of the C-3, General Commercial District except for the following: A. The percentage of green space shall be reduced from 25% to 14.1% of the site. B. Twenty-seven parking spaces shall be provided on the site. Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage by the City Council.
