Home My WebLink About17-046CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 17-46 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM LAKEVILLE PUBLIC SAFETY FOUNDATION WHEREAS, Lakeville Public Safety Foundation has offered to donate one (1) Life/form Basic Buddy Manikin (10 pack) and one (1) Life/ form Buddy Classroom to the City of Lakeville Fire Department WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation of one (1) Life/form Basic Buddy Manikin (10 pack) and one (1) Life/ form Buddy Classroom from Lakeville Public Safety Foundation is hereby accepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks Lakeville Public Safety Foundation.
