HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 06.p Date: Item No. FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT TO PARK CONSTRUCTION FOR HIGHVIEW AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Proposed Action Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve final acceptance of public street and utility improvements and final payment to Park Construction Co. for Highview Avenue Improvements, City Project 16-04. Overview Park Construction Co. requests final acceptance of public street and utility improvements and final payment in the amount of $4,675.22 for City Project 16-04. The original contract amount was $239,473.30. No change orders were processed for this project. The final construction cost is $233,761.22. Primary Issues to Consider • The public street and utility improvements were tested and inspected by the City’s Public Works Department. All work was completed consistent with the contract and the administrative requirements for final payment. Supporting Information • None.
