LAKEVILLE BREWING COMPANY FOR
PAN-O-PROG EVENTS
Proposed Action
Staff recommends adoption of the following motion: Move to approve extension of the on-sale
liquor license for Lakeville Brewing Company to allow the sale of alcohol and live entertainment
in the fenced-in lawn area on July 7-8, 2017.
Overview
The owners of Lakeville Brewing Company have requested an extension of their on-sale liquor
license to cover the sale of alcohol in their fenced-in lawn area, as well as live music
entertainment, during Pan-O-Prog. A site plan, schedule of events and an insurance certificate
have been provided with the request. The license holders are required to send a letter to the
surrounding neighbors advising them of the outdoor events.
The police department reviewed the request and has no objection to the liquor license extension,
provided Lakeville Brewing Company abides by the attached stipulations and event plan.

the evening when patrons are asked to leave.
For all events, Lakeville Brewing Company shall hire uniformed police officers and
reserves to supplement their security staff as required by the police department upon
review of the final event plans. Monitoring of those consuming alcohol will be done
by members of Lakeville Brewing Company and the Lakeville police officers who have
been hired to assist with oversight of the event.

with fire code requirements.
The Police Chief/Fire Chief or designee can direct the event manager to control the
