Item: Spirit of Brandtjen Farm 18th Addition Easement Vacation
Background
In conjunction with the final plat of Spirit of Brandtjen Farm (SBF) 18th Addition, the developer
is requesting the vacation of a 10-foot wide public drainage and utility easement adjacent to
Eagleview Drive on one of parent parcels – Outlot G, Spirit of Brandtjen Farm Commercial 2nd
Addition. This easement will be replaced by permanent and temporary drainage and utility
easements on lots and outlots within the SBF 18th Addition final plat.

Recommendation
Planning and Engineering staff recommend approval the public drainage and utility
easement vacation subject to the recording of the SBF 18th Addition final plat.
