NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lakeville City Council: 1. The following public drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated: (see attached Exhibit A) 2. Charlene Friedges, City Clerk (SEAL) EXHIBIT A Description of Drainage and Utility Easement to be Vacated That part of the drainage and utility easement dedicated on the recorded plat of SPIRIT OF BRANDTJEN FARM COMMERCIAL IST ADDITION, Dakota County, Minnesota, being described as the west 10.00 feet of proposed Lot 1, Block 1, SPIRIT OF BRANDTJEN FARM COMMERCIAL 4TH ADDITION. Said proposed Lot 1 being described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Outlot A, SPIRIT OF BRANDTJEN FARM COMMERCIAL 1ST ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota; thence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 13 minutes 24 seconds East, along the west line of said Outlot A, a distance of 184.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds East 276.91 feet; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 57 seconds East 152.45 feet; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West 276.58 feet to said west line, thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 24 seconds West, along said west line, 152.45 feet to the point of beginning.
