Home My WebLink About17-122CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 17-122 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION WHEREAS, Lakeville Public Safety Foundation, a charity supporting Police and Fire Departments in Lakeville, donated 35 Go -Bags valued at $10,185.00 to the Lakeville Police Department; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 requires that all gifts and donations of real or personal property be accepted only with the adoption of a resolution of the governing body. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lakeville that the donation valued at $10,185.00 from the Lakeville Public Safety Foundation is hereby accepted; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Lakeville sincerely thanks the Lakeville Public Safety Foundation for its generous donation.
