Home My WebLink About17-198CITY OF LAKEVILLE RESOLUTION NO. 17-198 RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN DOCUMENT WHEREAS, the City of Lakeville offers its employees a flexible benefit program providing for reimbursement of medical expenses, dependent care expenses, and payment of insurance premiums; and WHEREAS, the Flexible Benefit Plan has been amended to be in compliance with section 125 of the IRS.
