Present: Commissioners Davis, Anderson, Wheeler, Hellier, LaBeau Also present: Justin Miller, Executive Director; Charlene Friedges, City Clerk Motion was made by Hellier, seconded by Wheeler, to approve minutes of the November 20, 2017 H.R.A. meeting. Voice vote was taken on the motion. Ayes – unanimous ELECTION OF OFFICERS Chair Davis called for nominations for the offices of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for the year 2018. Motion was made by Anderson, seconded by LaBeau, to nominate and elect Commissioner Davis to the office of Chair, Commissioner LaBeau to the office of Vice Chair, and Commissioner Wheeler to the office of Secretary for the year 2018. Roll call was taken on the motion.
