Section. 3-13-3 of the Lakeville City Code is amended to read: Sec. 3-13-3. EREMPTIONS: This Chapter does .not apply to persons selling personal. property at wholesale to retailers, to daily newspaper sales, to merchants or their employees delivering goods in the regular course of business, a person selling or peddling the products of the farm or garden occupied or cultivated by that person, or to farmers'. markets if the Police Chief determines that the location will not create .any traffic, safety, or parking problems. EXEMPTIONS: This Chapter does not apply to per- sons selling personal property at whole- sale to retailers, to daily newspaper sales, to merchants or their employees deliver- ing goods in the regular course of busi- ness, a person selling or peddling the products of the farm or garden occupied or cultivated by that person, or to farm- ers' markets if the Police Chief deter- mines that the location will not create any traffic, safety, or parking problems.
