AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 13
OF T8E LAREVILLE CITY CODE CONCERNING
PEDDLERS SOLICITORS TRANSIENT MERCS'ANTS
THE CITY COUNCLL OF .THE CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section. 3-13-3 of the Lakeville City Code is
amended to read:
Sec. 3-13-3. EREMPTIONS:
This Chapter does .not apply to persons selling personal.
property at wholesale to retailers, to daily newspaper sales, to
merchants or their employees delivering goods in the regular course
of business, a person selling or peddling the products of the farm
or garden occupied or cultivated by that person, or to farmers'.
markets if the Police Chief determines that the location will not
create .any traffic, safety, or parking problems.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon
its passage and publication.

February , 19 93

LAKEVILLE CITY CODE
CONCERNING PEDDLERS,
SOLICITORS, TRANSIENT
MERCHANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKEVILLE ORDAINS:
Section 1, Section 3-13-3 of the
Lakeville City Code is amended to read:
Sec. 3.13-9. EXEMPTIONS:
This Chapter does not apply to per-
sons selling personal property at whole-
sale to retailers, to daily newspaper sales,
to merchants or their employees deliver-
ing goods in the regular course of busi-
ness, a person selling or peddling the
products of the farm or garden occupied
or cultivated by that person, or to farm-
ers' markets if the Police Chief deter-
mines that the location will not create any
traffic, safety, or parking problems.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be ef-
fective immediately upon its passage and
publication.

Council this 16th day of February, 1993.
